Dr. Tandon said, ‘After Hrithik came in close contact with quadriplegics, he was moved by their plight. We as a country still need to do a lot to take care of such patients. Now, Hrithik has started financing some patients and even rented an apartment for one deserving patient in Andheri. Hrthik’s concern about such patients is so strong that he plans to start a long term association with their cause so that he can highlight their plight and help them in a better way.’

A source close to the producer-director, “Karan is being very secretive about who is walking the ramp for him tomorrow. Apart from the Big B and Duggu, 40 other models have been shortlisted for the all-male collection.”

Adds the source, “It’s inspired by the Victorian era. It consists of formal wear: suits, shirts, overcoats and men’s accessories. There’s nothing casual in the collection.” Bachchan Sr confirms, “Yes, am walking the ramp for Karan on the 7th. Am nervous yet very excited for Karan.”
