Bachan
Family means non-stop gossip and non-stop entertainment. On the sets of Kaun
Banega Crorepati, Aishwarya made an appearance to promote her latest movie with
Aksahy Kumar “Action Replayy”.
Ash
took everyone by surprise when she invited dad-in-law Amitabh to dance on the
song ‘Zor Ka Jhatka’ from her film ‘Action Replayy’. The megastar acting sport
put on his dancing cap for the ladli bahu of his family.
The
audience was enthralled at seeing Big B himself get up from his seat to dance
with his bahu. It was a wonderfully entertaining moment for the KBC audience.
No
wonder, the TRP’s of all other reality shows will have a take a beating as
Bachchan’s are too big a force when it comes to grabbing eye balls, be it the
big screen or the tube.
Bollywood’s Big B and Hrithik are
all set to be the show stoppers at the Karan Johar – Varun Bahl fashion show at
the HDIL Couture week. Last year Ranbir and Imran Khan did the honors.
The Dharma scion, always decides on
industry people he is close to, to walk the ramp. The Bachchans are family and
Roshan Jr is a new buddy and the star of his next, the Agneepath remake.
A source close to the
producer-director, “Karan is being very secretive about who is walking the ramp
for him tomorrow. Apart from the Big B and Duggu, 40 other models have been
shortlisted for the all-male collection.”
Adds the source, “It’s inspired by
the Victorian era. It consists of formal wear: suits, shirts, overcoats and
men’s accessories. There’s nothing casual in the collection.” Bachchan Sr
confirms, “Yes, am walking the ramp for Karan on the 7th. Am nervous yet very
excited for Karan.”
Johar remained unavailable for comment.
68 year old Bachan is all
set to stun co stars Sanjay Dutt, Anil Kapoor and Ajay Devgn of “Power” with a
slimmer body and a suave avatar with his portrayal in the flick.
Big B has added another half hour
of fitness training to his morning schedule to turn more astonishing. Since the
role in ‘Power’ is a challenge by itself and he’ll be following directorial
instructions from Rajkumar Santoshi, a director Bachchan has high regards for,
the actor is pushing himself to the limits to ensure success on all fronts.
Furthermore, Bachchan Senior is all
geared up to unleash a series of stunts… all on his own too!
Just a while back there were rumors
that Aamir Khan would be the next host on Kaun Banega Crorepati.
There are many who said Aamir was
being offered the highest price for a television anchor; there are others who
said that the superstar has turned down the show because he is busy with Peepli
Live.
However, unlike all these rumors, it
is said that Amitabh Bachchan will be hosting KBC – 4, again!
Amitabh Bachan is one of the most
down to earth humble person. Recently sources revealed that he flew to Gujarat
in economy class. This was a surprise to Gujarat tourism Secretary Vipul
Mittra. Apparently, Mittra, who especially flew to Mumbai to receive the actor,
wanted to hire a chartered plane for Big B, who has been appointed as the
ambassador of Gujarat tourism.
Amitabh refuse Mr. Mittra’s offer
and deicided to make a reservation in a regular flight from Jet Airways. So
arrangements were made for him to fly to Gujarat for a promotional shoot on the
tourism development of the state. Everybody on the flight was pleasantly
surprised to see such a huge star seated amongst them.
Amitabh has been appointed the
ambassador for promoting Gujarat tourism by Chief Minister Narendra Singh Modi
couple of months ago. Amitabh after reaching Gujarat shot for couple of hours
at a banquet hall of a hotel in Bhuj where set was created.
In his Twitter posting, Big B
expressed his happiness over the prospect of shooting for promotional campaign
in Gujarat:
“In few hours Gujarat and the
campaign for its tourism. This trip Rann of Kutch, Somenath, Gir lions. love to
all and for all.”
