Aksahy Kumar “Action Replayy”.

to rumours about their alleged animosity. Earlier, gossips included that
Katrina declined ‘The Italian Job’ because of the presence of Aishwarya’s hubby
Abhishek and there was another instance that Aishwarya prevented Abhishek from
signing any films with Katrina.
A source said, “Vipul`s first option
was to cast Abhishek and Aishwarya. It was Aishwarya who prompted Vipul to cast
Katrina instead.” Shah confirmed the reports and said, “All I can say at the
moment is that Aishwarya has absolutely no objections to the Abhishek-Katrina
pair on screen.”
Katrina also denied any rift with
Abhishek as she said, “All these ridiculous rumours about me not working with
Abhishek started when my dates for ‘The Italian Job’ didn`t work out, and
‘Dostana 2’ got postponed. Abhishek is a great guy. I did ‘Sarkar’ with him at
the start of my career. There were other offers but I felt they were not good
enough to do justice to our pairing. I decided that whenever we work together
again, it would be for a full-blown romantic comedy.”

the news, Aishwarya said, “It wasn`t about an attitude I had, or any inverted
ideas about working overseas, it was simply about scheduling. I just didn`t
have the time”. The actress is reported to have been courted relentlessly by
Hollywood filmmakers. Director Brett Ratner wanted her for ‘Rush Hour’ and
Wolfgang Petersen pursued her for ‘Troy’.
Talking
about the films she was offered, Ash said, “Michael Douglas came to India and
did a press conference where he confessed that he had brought a script my way.
And Will Smith was generous enough to be persistent twice over, for ‘Hancock’
and ‘Seven Pounds’.”
The
36-year-old actress said no to the Brad Pitt starrer ‘Troy’ as she was not
comfortable with the intimate scenes. “One of the reasons I declined ‘Troy’ was
that there were some very explicit lovemaking scenes in the script, and a lot
of kisses. I was like, `Oh my God! I`m not sure`. I couldn`t imagine being
comfortable with it,” said Aishwarya.
A
